At Raven’s Ridge we are committed to producing exceptional temperaments, sound body and movement to showcase the natural beauty of our breed. We take pride in providing our clients with lifetime support.
Dedicating our expertise to the preservation of the breed characteristics while producing healthy, well-socialized offspring with exceptional temperaments to serve as an integral part of our lives and building strong bonds between our dogs and their owners while collaborating with likeminded breeders to protect and preserve the breeds we are passionately promoting.
VISION: To represent our breed with passion and purpose. Setting standards for the preservation, promotion and education of our breed. Striving for continuous improvement while expanding awareness related to purebred dogs and the commitment of responsible breeding practices and dog ownership.

The Love For Our Pets
Our Raven’s Ridge family has been actively involved with dogs for 3 decades. Located in the central Prairie region our property has been carefully landscaped and set up to lovingly raise our breeds in a family environment. We are not a “Kennel facility” all of our dogs live in house with access to multiple outdoor play areas. To promote family companions, they need to live in a family atmosphere.
As pet owners, enthusiasts and breeders we adhere to a rigorous screening and breeding programs to ensure our offspring are paired up with the best possible candidates. When animals are involved it’s essential to advocate and protect the animals we raise. We adhere to extensive breeding programs to include, health testing, puppy enrichment, socializing, while actively competing in confirmation, sports events and continually providing proper stimulation to produce the highest and healthiest standards possible. This belief carries over into nutritional requirements promoting natural feeding alternatives where possible. (see our K9 Shine page for additional information).
This approach assists with ensuring our animals are placed in right homes and environments. Our goal is to establish healthy bloodlines while preserving the integrity of our breed. Laying the foundation for newly introduced breeds to Canada requires dedication, passion and ethical breeding practices. We are deeply grateful for the support of the American Peruvian Association, our breeding partners in the US, Eastern Canada and internationally.
