Our products are made with all natural ingredients and although we back our products, we are not liable for any issues developed due to pre-existing health concerns with individuals or animals.

Our food has been developed throughout the years specifically for our dogs with proven success. We recommend consultation with your veterinarian or nutritionist for any underlying health issues or concerns. We will make suggestions and work with other pet professionals to assist your pet requirements based on the information you provide us. We will not contradict the advice of your pet professional. As a responsible advocate for your pet you are accountable to ensure the best possible options for care and overall well-being while researching what all natural dietary methods will work best for your pet. Raven’s Ridge Canine Shine Custom Pet Food is not responsible for any charges for consultations with a veterinarian or nutritionist incurred by you pursuant to the formulation of custom meals. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages with respect to your supplementation, food preparation, handling, storage, or feeding method.
