Baking Instructions for Regular and Free Sample Food
EASY INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEAL PREP - BAKING
REGULAR & GLUTEN FREE MEAL PREP INSTRUCTIONS:
Makes approx. 3 8x8 cake pans or 4 dozen muffins
- 3 cups Raven’s Ridge K9 Shine Dry Mix
- 1 /4 lbs of raw meat (Protein of your choice - Beef, Bison, Duck, Lamb etc.)
- 1-2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower, safflower, or coconut oil (ONLY)
- 3 tablespoons of raw honey
- 2.5 cups of water (less water if you use fruits and veggies with higher water content)
1 Cup Fresh, Raw, Cut up each of fruit and veggies (CHOOSE ONE OF EACH) Small pieces ...Do Not Puree!
* Spinach * Apples * Carrots * Blueberries * Squash * Mashed Bananas * Zucchini * Cherries * Green Beans * Cranberries (1/2 Cup) * Sweet Potato * Peas * Pumpkin

Makes one individual pan (8x8 cake pan or 12 - 18 Muffins)
- 2 cups Raven’s Ridge K9 Shine Dry Mix
- 1/8 lb of raw meat (Protein of your choice - Beef, Bison, Duck, Lamb etc.)
- 1-2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower, safflower, or coconut oil (ONLY)
- 1 Tbsp of raw honey
- 1.5 cups of water (less water if you use fruits and veggies with higher water content)
1/2 Cup Fresh, Raw, Cut up each of fruit and veggies (CHOOSE ONE OF EACH) Small pieces ...Do Not Puree!
* Spinach * Apples * Carrots * Blueberries * Squash * Mashed Bananas * Zucchini * Cherries * Green Beans * Cranberries (1/4 Cup) * Sweet Potato * Peas * Pumpkin
- Mix all ingredients, bake in non stick pans (We use silicone - see images below for reference)
- Hand mix ground meat (chunky option if you prefer), add eggs, choice of oil, and honey.
- Add water, dry mix, your choice of veggie and fruit portion, blend well.
- Portion out into nonstick baking pans (If you use traditional baking pans grease pans prior to baking otherwise the food will stick) we use non stick pans (silicone - see pics for reference).
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 60-80 minutes (until firm).
- Let cool completely before packing in air tight containers or freezer baggies.
- Food can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze and thaw as required.
- You have the option to add raw fruits, veggies or additional protein when serving meals as a treat.
